자비스앤빌런즈(Jobis&Villains, 대표 김범섭·백주석)가 창업자 김범섭 최고성장책임자(CGO)를 대표이사로 선임하고 각자대표 체제로 전환했다고 25일 밝혔다. 자비스앤빌런즈는 '삼쩜삼' 세무 서비스를 운영하는 기업이다.
김범섭 대표는 AI 기반 신사업 추진과 M&A를 포함한 사업 다각화를 담당한다. 김 대표는 지난해 11월 CGO로 취임한 뒤 가입자 50만명을 돌파한 '행운테크' 럭키즈와 '프리미엄 재테크학교' 삼쩜삼캠퍼스 출시를 이끌었다.
백주석 대표는 경영 지원 업무를 맡아 경영 효율화 및 내실화 작업을 주도한다.
김범섭 자비스앤빌런즈 대표는 "자비스앤빌런즈가 새로운 사업 모델을 추가하고 다각화하는 데 빠른 의사결정과 실행 능력이 필요했다"며 "삼쩜삼 같은 혁신적인 아이템으로 제2의 성장을 돕겠다"고 말했다.
