“Red Friday” Looms – Will Apple Prop Up Disappointing Sales With iPhone 5 Bargains?
2013년 01월 24일

Red Friday Tomorrow, Jan 25th - Grab low-cost Apples for one day only!

As poted by Mac Rumours, Apple Korea will attempt to improve its flagging sales figures by holding a one-day sales event in the run-up to Lunar New Year. “Red Friday” became an annual event in 2011, similar to “Black Friday” held in the US. The event is held in several Asian countries, including South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.

iPhones, iPads, iPods, Mac Books and accessories will be available at discounted prices but Apple Korea declined to confirm if the latest iPhone 5 will be available at knock off prices this year. Apple included its iPad 2 in last year’s sale event, but not their most recent iPhone.

At the last US event, Black Friday, iPhone 5 was available at discount prices and it seems possible that the same deals will be rolled out in Asia in about two weeks. If so, savings of between 10%-30% could be expected.
