In its first year beLAUNCH achieved the highest daily attendance figures of any tech/entrepreneurship event in Asia (just out-shining TechCrunch Disrupt Beijing). After this resounding success in June 2012, beLAUNCH is coming back bigger and better May 1-2 2013 in Gangnam, Seoul and until the end of January early bird booths and tickets are on sale through our website.
Our vision is to create the perfect platform for global startups wanting to enter the Korean market and to help Korean startups foster global partnerships for mutual success.
Joining beLAUNCH 2013 is a unique opportunity to engage with the thriving tech startup scene in one of the most influential tech environments in the World. Many high profile Silicon Valley and Korean CEOs and entrepreneurs have already confirmed as speakers at the event, which will bring together over 100 top global VCs, 350 startup companies vying for lucrative early-stage investment in our Startup Battle. 2,500 – 3,000 attendees from Korea and the global startup community will also be attending the event to listen to inspirational speeches, network and explore what the Korean tech community has to offer.
For the first time beLAUNCH will also be co-hosting a 24 hour Hackathon, in partnership with Evernote’s CEO, Phil Libin, in the run-up to the conference. Winners of this event will be featured on the main stage alongside many other startups vying for lucrative investment deals through our Startup Battle.

More about beSUCCESS / beLAUNCH: beLAUNCH is the flagship event of beSUCCESS, Korea’s top tech/entrepreneurship media platform for the global tech community. beSUCCESS was formed in 2010 as a Korean tech community, and quickly grew, under the Stewardship of James Jung, into a thriving media platform and extensive Asia-wide network of entrepreneurs. beLAUNCH was a natural progression, and accelerated the ambitious team onto the global stage. First held in Seoul in June 2012, beLAUNCH sold 1,500 event tickets, featured 55 startup booths, had 150 entrants into the startup battle, and won rave reviews from global media (CNN, TechCrunch, Gigaom, Venturebeat, TechInAsia, e27, etc). Our next event is booked for May 1-2 2013.
