헤드헌팅 테크 플랫폼 히든스카우트(대표 방현배)가 AI 기술을 활용한 헤드헌팅 서비스를 24일 출시한다고 밝혔다.
히든스카우트 AI 헤드헌팅은 합격 가능성이 높은 후보자 추천을 위해 AI 기술과 헤드헌팅을 결합했다. 기존 AI 채용 솔루션과 달리 헤드헌팅 업무 프로세스에 특화된 AI 기술을 적용했다.
서비스는 두 가지 AI 기능으로 구성된다. '굿매칭 AI'는 헤드헌터의 인재 발굴을 지원한다. 플랫폼에서 활동하는 3,200여 명의 헤드헌터가 이 기능을 활용하면, 과거 성공적으로 이직한 후보자 데이터를 분석해 현재 이직 의사가 없는 우수 인재(Off-Market 인재)’까지 발굴할 수 있다. 이는 현재 직장에 만족하지만 더 좋은 기회가 있다면 이직을 고려할 수 있는 숨은 인재를 의미한다.
'JD 업그레이드 AI'는 채용공고(Job Description, JD)를 분석하고 최적화한다. 기업이 등록한 채용공고와 해당 업종 현직자 데이터, 과거 채용 성공 사례를 종합 분석해 실제 채용 가능성이 높은 인재상을 재정의한다. 이렇게 업그레이드된 채용공고를 기반으로 헤드헌터가 선별한 인재풀과 매칭해 기업에 맞춤형 후보자 리스트를 제공한다.
두 AI 기능의 결합으로 기업은 단순한 키워드 매칭이 아닌 업종별, 직무별 특성과 기업 문화까지 고려한 후보자 추천을 받을 수 있다.
