러닝 기반 스포츠 여행 플랫폼 ‘클투(KL2)’ 를 운영하는 문카데미㈜ 가 ㈜하나투어 로부터 시리즈A 브릿지 투자를 유치했다. 이번 투자는 하나투어 창사 이래 첫 여행 스타트업 투자 사례로, 양사는 전략적 파트너십을 통해 800조 원 규모의 글로벌 스포츠 관광 시장 진출을 본격화할 계획이다.
‘클투’는 러닝과 여행을 결합한 국내 유일의 경험형 스포츠 여행 플랫폼이다. 이 플랫폼은 국내·해외 마라톤 참가와 여행을 결합한 런투어 상품, 공공기관 및 브랜드와 협력한 러닝 이벤트, 기업 대상 B2B 여행 서비스(BTMS) 등을 기획부터 운영, 인솔, 기술까지 전 과정을 수행하고 있다.
특히 ‘클투’는 세계 7대 메이저 마라톤 중 하나인 시드니 마라톤 공식 ITP(International Travel Partner) 자격을 확보했으며, 파리 마라톤 국내 독점 공급권을 보유하고 있다. 이를 통해 국내 러너들이 안정적이고 차별화된 해외 마라톤 참가 및 여행 경험을 누릴 수 있도록 지원하고 있다.
문카데미㈜는 중소벤처기업부 TIPS 프로그램과 한국관광공사 글로벌 챌린지 사업, 가평 지역 ‘배터리(BETTER里)’ 프로젝트 등에 선정된 관광벤처 기업이다. 또한 7만 명 규모의 러닝 전문 미디어 채널을 운영하며 국내 러닝 커뮤니티의 중심 플랫폼으로 자리 잡고 있다.
이번 투자로 문카데미는 하나투어의 글로벌 인프라(항공, 호텔, 현지투어)와 자사의 런투어 운영 노하우 및 콘텐츠 역량을 결합해 공동 상품 기획, B2B 파트너십 확대, 커뮤니티 고도화를 추진한다는 계획이다.
문카데미 문현우 공동대표 는 “러닝과 여행을 결합한 스포츠 관광은 전 세계적으로 주목받는 차세대 테마 여행 분야”라며 “이번 전략적 투자를 계기로 하나투어와 함께 글로벌 시장에서 차별화된 런투어 경험을 선보이고, 한국을 대표하는 스포츠 여행 플랫폼으로 성장하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 문카데미㈜는 2024년 전년 대비 150% 성장으로 첫 영업 흑자를 달성했으며, 2025년 국내외 런투어 카테고리 확장과 2026년 인바운드 런투어 시장 진출을 통해 글로벌 스포츠 관광 플랫폼으로 도약을 목표로 하고 있다.
