중국 (China)

1) 중국의 소셜커머스 서비스 Lashou는 골드만삭스와 모건스탠리 대신에 차이나 캐피탈 투자 그룹(CCIG ; China Capital Investment Group)과 노무라 증권(Nomura Securities)를 주식상장의 주 언더라이터(인수업자, underwriter)로, 바클레이스 캐피탈(Barclays Capitals)을 추가적인 언더라이터로 선정했다. 베이징에 본사를 둔 Lashou는 올해 4분기  1억에서 2억 달러 사이를 조달할 계획이다.

2) 몇 개월 전 뉴욕증권거래소(NYSE)에 상장된 바 있는, 중국에서 가장 큰 실명제 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 하나인 렌렌(Renren)이 동영상 사이트 56.com을 8천만 달러에 인수했음을 밝혔다. 2011년 4분기에 완료될 것으로 보이는 인수 후에 56.com은 렌렌의 완전 소유 자회사가 될 것이다.

3) 중국의 온라인 명품 리테일러인 VIPStore.com이 인텔 캐피탈(Intel Capital)에 의해 천만 달러 가량 투자받았음을 알렸다. 이번 투자는 GSR 벤처스, Taishan Invest AG, Litian Investment, HGI 캐피탈을 포함한다. 베이징에 본사를 둔 VIPStore.com의 CEO인 Yang Peifeng은 이번 펀딩이 글로벌 공급 사슬 시스템을 가속화하고 UX 개선을 하는데 사용될 것이라 했다.

4) Dingshi라는 이름의 스타트업이 Oladao.com을 만들었다. 이 서비스는 중국의 아이들에게 게임과 결합한 양질의 온라인 교육을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 만들어졌다.

5) 새로운 O2O(offline-to-online) 서비스인 Qianpin.com은 Sinobo Group으로부터 1500만 달러 가량을 조달받았다. 바이두(Baidu)에서 일했던 경험이 있는 Yuan Peng에 의해 만들어진 서비스로 베이징에 본사를 두었으며 지역 라이프스타일 서비스를 위한 이커머스 플랫폼으로 포지셔닝했다.
